Areas of expertise: personal sales techniques, negotiations, customer need formation, inquiring and listening in sales, value sales, efficient presentation and persuasion.

Donata has gained long-term experience in the personal sales (B2B and B2C) and adult training. When working in the largest insurance company in the Baltic countries, the consultant was training over 600 salespeople applying successfully in training both traditional and innovative training techniques. Salesforce was being trained and motivated in distant way (webinars) and by various online means (tests and tasks in the interactive system). The consultant was working with salespeople both individually, in small groups and through making presentations and providing training for large audience (200+).

Moreover, Donata is experienced in management of large change projects (e.g. the project of mentorship of medium level managers, the project of adaptation of new salespeople, start up of sales of new products, etc.). The consultant participated in realisation of a significant project for improvement of efficiency of activity, due to which quality of work of salespeople in the company increased in 20% within 2 years. Donata spent much her time for activities related to development and launching of quality standards, for development of evaluation systems and the very evaluation as well as provision of feedback.

It proves that the consultant has reasonable and useful practical experience, which could help companies to train properly sales force, to meet the customer’s needs and to increase significantly sales results.
