The labyrinth of management decisions often lacks a clear vision for development; change leads to uncertainty; and conflicts arise that can be difficult to solve. However, these situations are easily controlled, if professional help is provided at a proper time and in a proper place.

The consultants of “TMD partners” help organizations to determine strategic goals and procedures, moderate in meetings, and advise how to improve the processes of sales or customer service. A lot of attention is given to individual managers’ and employees’ development and coaching as well as management of changing situations.

Every – even the most complicated – labyrinth has an exit and the experts of TMD help to find it by the shortest and straightest way.

Strategic and working sessions

The aim of strategic and working sessions is to solve the most important practical issues concerning the management and development of a company. Preparatory meetings with managers and employees of a company take place, during which the present situation is analyzed and the aims and expectations of the session are coordinated. Later, further work is done with a particular group of participants of the session and, in the end, decisions are made, further actions are planned and tasks and responsibilities are divided; this makes it possible to solve a particular problem or situation effectively.

Consultative projects

Consultative projects are works of longer duration during which a particular functional field or fields of a company is analyzed and improved. Recently, the need to create special systems of employees’ competences and standards regulating various processes (customer service, sales) has been growing especially rapidly.

Necessary research and analysis of the situation is carried out and working sessions are prepared. At the end of a project, an organization has not only solved existing problems but also receives tangible recommendations and documents defining further procedures or actions concerning particular issues.

Coaching

The aim of individual coaching is to discuss the aims of a manager’s or an employee’s development as well as to develop and strengthen a manager’s necessary competences and skills. Individual meetings with managers take place, individual situations are discussed and proper behaviour is modelled during coaching. If necessary, specific tasks are set and, while fulfilling these tasks, the consultant directly participates in different situations (meetings, interviews with employees). In such a way, managerial competences are directly developed by analyzing particular management situations, together modelling the possibilities of solving a situation and searching for the best solution.

Expert consultations

During this process, the consultant personally consults or works with a manager or an employee of a particular company concerning an issue defined in advance; future duration of consultations and likely result are predicted. Various meetings take place, during which necessary material is analyzed and individual recommendations for solving an individual issue or situation are presented.
